We’re looking for a Sales Representative to help shape our sales function from the ground up. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership, and wants to influence how sales is done - not just execute it. This role sits at the very beginning of the user journey. You’ll be responsible for converting qualified leads into active, engaged customers through a consultative, value-driven approach.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Engagement & Conversion
- Engage and convert qualified leads into active, long-term customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Own the early user journey, improving conversion through thoughtful follow-up and guidance.
- Proactively re-engage partially onboarded or high-intent users by identifying and removing friction points.
- Educate users on product features, onboarding steps, available options, and overall value proposition.
- Confidently handle objections related to trust, payments, verification, and product understanding using a consultative approach.
- Guide users through onboarding and payment flows to reduce drop-off and increase activation rates.
Funnel Ownership & Optimization
- Manage leads across multiple acquisition channels, including partnerships, paid campaigns, organic traffic, and internal reactivation efforts.
- Prioritize and segment leads based on intent, quality, and predicted long-term value.
- Identify friction points in the funnel and propose improvements to processes, messaging, and tools.
- Provide structured feedback to marketing and growth teams on lead quality, channel performance, and user behavior.
Compliance & Responsible Engagement
- Operate with full awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements in a structured digital environment.
- Apply ethical and responsible engagement principles in every interaction.
- Focus on sustainable, long-term value rather than short-term conversion wins.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Conversion, or Lead Management roles.
- Strong commercial mindset - you know how to convert while maintaining trust.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in handling objections and guiding decisions.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and understand user intent.
- Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and structured pipelines.
- High ownership mindset - you treat your pipeline like your own business.
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or other high-trust environments is a strong advantage.
Working hours & setup
This role supports user engagement during peak activity hours, aligned with when demand and intent are highest.
The position is shift-based and includes late-night shifts.
