  • Design and implement event-driven solutions using Platform Events for real-time integrations and process automation.

  • Perform data imports/exports, deduplication, validation, and create actionable reports and dashboards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, monitor system health, and proactively suggest improvements.

  • Maintain clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, explain solutions, and provide training.

  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve client environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as both a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Platform Events.

  • Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills across both configuration and code.

  • Proven skills in Salesforce declarative tools and development.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

  • Flexible hours – start your day anytime between 8–10am and wrap up between 5–7pm.

  • Career growth opportunities – we grow together.

  • Ongoing training & development – keep learning, keep leveling up.

  • Certification vouchers on us – we’ve got your back when you’re ready to get certified.

  • A team culture you’ll love – supportive, collaborative, and fun.
