Job Description

SAP Deployment Manager
Our story goes
back more than 150 years, to the chilly southern coast of Scandinavia. From our
early success in Sweden and Denmark, we’ve grown into the world’s leading
specialist producer of plant-based oils, employing more than 4,000 people across
the globe.

We work with our customers to make the products you love even better. The oils
we produce go into making your chocolate extra-creamy or putting the crunch
into your croissant. And it’s not just food — we work across industries to make
products that are higher quality, healthier and better for the planet.

Everything we do is about Making Better Happen™.

AAK Locations
This position is based in one of
our offices: Malmo (SE), Karlshamn (SE), Aarhus (DK) or Zaandijk, (NL)

About the role
As SAP Deployment
Manager, you will lead the successful roll-out of SAP ERP solutions across
AAK’s global regions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget,
and to the highest quality standards. Beyond managing the technical deployment,
you will play a pivotal role in driving business change, ensuring that new ways
of working are successfully adopted across the organization. By leading change
management activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, you will engage
stakeholders, support end users, and help teams embrace new processes to
maximize business value. Working with a combination of internal experts and
external partners, you will ensure adherence to project methodologies while
bringing together the right capabilities and resources to accelerate SAP
roll-outs and deliver lasting organizational impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all project dimensions across assigned roll-out projects, including time, cost, scope, quality, and risk.
- Manage project expectations among team members and stakeholders; communicate clearly and proactively on deviations and seek timely alignment.
- Ensure that clear stage gate decisions are prepared, executed, and documented by an authorized steering committee throughout each project.
- Ensure that business change management is appropriately addressed and actioned across the full duration of each project.
- Coordinate changes to existing processes with Process Developers, ensuring that all expectations are clearly communicated, understood, and adhered to by all parties.
- Utilize the central Design Authority from the Domain Architect team to ensure that project solutions are technically aligned and architecturally sound.
- Align with Process Developers on best practice processes and the business process changes and impacts associated with each roll-out.

About you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage.
- 7+ years of project management experience, including leading large-scale IT or SAP ERP roll-outs across multiple regions.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end IT project delivery, managing scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources, and risk in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven organizational change management experience, with the ability to drive business adoption and bridge technical delivery with business transformation.
- Strong resource management skills, effectively coordinating internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools.
- Solid understanding of SAP ERP, enabling effective collaboration with Domain Architects and Process Developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage audiences at all levels.
- Good understanding of business case development and risk management principles.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage in a global roll-out environment.
