輔導訓練轄區內各分行推動保險業務並做為聯繫窗口協助處理保險相關問題，以達成公司業績目標。

• 1.    教育訓練: 針對新商品及銷售技巧訓練，舉辦說明會。        獨力完成時長不短於15分鐘分行教育訓練或客戶說明會
  2.    行政協助: 協助銷售人員處理新契約照會、保全事務、保險各項規範說明及宣導。        協調並安排照會、保全，以促進分行業績達成
  3.    業務輔導: 執行各項專案的運作及推動、商品行銷話術演練、行銷人員的輔導與激勵。        參與並完成joint call
      負責並完成專案追蹤報表
      於分行完成推廣活動宣傳
   
• 大專或大學以上畢業，保險/風險管理或財經相關科系為佳。
• 至少二年以上壽險行銷或銀行保險/理財服務相關經驗。
• 具備保險、理財、稅務相關專業知識，嫻熟簡報檔案製作並能上台進行授課/教育訓練。
• 證照要求：人身保險、投資型保單、外幣收付非投資型保險商品。額外具備理財規劃或信託證照者尤佳。
