Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Opportunity Marysville, WA | 2026-2027 School Year

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with a school district in the Marysville area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers a structured schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build essential life and academic skills.

About the Role

As a school-based SLP, you will help students develop the functional skills needed to succeed in the classroom and daily activities. You'll work with a diverse caseload, supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, and independence with school-related tasks.

Schedule & Setting

  • Monday-Friday school hours

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • NBCOT certification preferred
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Washington State and district requirements
