Job description

Requisitos
• Requerido – Habilidades Técnicas
• 8+ años de experiencia en pruebas de software, con al menos 3 años en roles Senior o de liderazgo técnico.
• Experiencia avanzada en automatización de pruebas con Java, RestAssured y Selenium.
• Conocimiento en pruebas de APIs, aplicaciones web y móviles.
• Experiencia en sistemas distribuidos, microservicios y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos (MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ o similares).
• Sólidos conocimientos de SQL, CI/CD y automatización de pruebas.
• Experiencia en pruebas de seguridad, rendimiento y calidad end-to-end.
• Experiencia práctica en pruebas de soluciones basadas en IA/GenAI y LLMs.
• Requerido – Habilidades Blandas
• Liderazgo técnico y mentoría de equipos QA.
• Comunicación efectiva con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.
• Pensamiento estratégico orientado a la calidad.
• Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas complejos.
• Influencia y colaboración en entornos Agile.

Deseable (Habilidades Técnicas)
• Certificación ISTQB Advanced.
• Experiencia con Postman, Pact, JMeter o Gatling.
• Conocimiento en observabilidad (Splunk, ELK, Zipkin).
• Experiencia con Docker y Kubernetes.
• Experiencia en industrias reguladas como transporte, salud o finanzas.
• Conocimiento de plataformas cloud y herramientas de testing cloud.

Responsabilidades (Actividades a desempeñar)
• Definir y liderar la estrategia de pruebas funcionales, integración, automatización, performance y seguridad.
• Diseñar y mantener frameworks de automatización para APIs, aplicaciones web y móviles.
• Impulsar la integración de pruebas automatizadas dentro de pipelines CI/CD.
• Definir métricas, estándares y procesos de calidad a nivel organizacional.
• Gestionar riesgos de calidad y asegurar la preparación de releases.
• Liderar iniciativas de calidad basadas en IA y automatización inteligente.
• Mentorizar ingenieros QA y promover una cultura de calidad continua.
• Trabajar con arquitectos, desarrolladores y stakeholders para garantizar soluciones escalables y testeables.
