  • Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts, product management, and marketing teams to create high-quality enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, sales guides, demo scripts, and solution presentations.

  • Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to HPE Networking sales engineers, and channel partners, to equip them with the knowledge and skills required to effectively sell and support HPE Networking's networking portfolio.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio enablement, product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate product updates, and ensure that enablement materials are up to date and aligned with the latest product offerings.

  • Enablement Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs. Generate regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and communicate success to stakeholders.

  • Industry and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges in the campus and enterprise access layer and switching space. Incorporate this knowledge into enablement programs to help position HPE Networking's solutions as industry-leading and differentiated.

  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including virtual and in-person sessions.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address customer requirements and challenges.

  • A strong understanding of network automation technologies.  Practical experience with scripting languages is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
