The Minneapolis-based site has over 50 years of design experience and specializes in the creation of innovative and sophisticated solutions for solving customer magnetic technology needs. Starting wage: $17.50 - $19.00 hourly, plus $1.25/hour shift differential, with opportunity to grow
- Assemble products according to work instructions and process documentation.
- Wind coils and perform basic assembly operations.
- Count wire turns and inspect work for accuracy.
- Perform basic soldering and meet workmanship standards.
- Use microscopes and testing equipment with assistance.
- Heat shrink tubing and complete simple varnish processes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Package and label finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Learn and develop new production skills through training.
- Cross-train in additional work areas as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive tasks during the shift.
