Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a highly motivated Security Operations Center Program Manager to join our team!

Clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly required
Location: Fort Meade, MD (Onsite)


The SOC Program Manager overseas daily operations including intrusion monitoring, triage analysis escalation/communication of events, gathering and reporting on current threat intelligence data, carrying out ‘first responder’ responsibilities associated with security incidents, and containing, eradicating, recovering and analyzing incident events within a 24/7 operation.

Essential Duties:

· Understand IT systems security architecture and testing, as well as privacy related risks and controls.

· Serve as the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer, Oversight Manager, Technical Monitors, and other Government personnel and contractors.

· Manage a complex, multi-task information technology security and privacy contract

· Formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor work schedules, and review all

· work products and services

· Supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the

· organization to subordinates

· Plan, organize, and prioritize work managing multiple tasks in a highly-complex, dynamic

· Environment

· Analyze metrics to improve overall effectiveness

· Ensure deadlines and budget commitments are met

QUALIFICATIONS:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other

related discipline is preferred. At least five (5) years of general information systems experience, seven

(7) years of experience related to information security, and seven (7) years of project management

experience. CISSP or equivalent certification highly preferred.
