The Test Lead specializing in python and selenium will be responsible for leading the testing efforts, creating test strategies, developing test plans, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of testing processes for software applications developed using python and selenium technologies.

1. Lead the testing team in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using python and selenium.

2. Develop and execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and report issues to the development team.

3. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand the requirements and identify test scenarios.

4. Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

5. Monitor and track defects to closure, ensuring the quality of deliverables.

6. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and technologies in the python and selenium ecosystem.

3. Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases for web based applications.

4. Knowledge of ci/cd pipelines and integration of automated tests within the pipeline.
