Standard Job Description

As the Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer Sr you will be responsible for driving requirements and ownership across key process wafer / focal plane modules while developing and sustaining high‑performance detector products.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive requirements and ownership across photolithography, etching, deposition, metrology, hybridization, advanced interconnects, and packaging processes.
  • Develop and sustain compound detector products using data‑driven analysis.
  • Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and yield.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate advanced interconnects and packaging solutions.
  • Ensure product documentation is detailed and delivered to production floor.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree in engineering, material science, or relevant field.
• Experience with photolithography, etch, deposition or hybridization
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), familiar with DOE analysis, and have excellent engineering documentation skills and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams on projects of moderate complexity. Ability to interface effectively from the technician level to senior management

Desired Skills

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Ability to run failure analysis
Familiarity to DOE analysis
Experience running semiconductor equipment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
