Working collaboratively across internal departments, contractors, and community partners, the Senior Program Coordinator develops and maintains performance dashboards, key performance indicators, outcome measurement strategies, and executive reports that evaluate the effectiveness of provider incentives, scholarships, professional development, Local Match, quality initiatives, and other Child Care Operations programs. The position exercises independent judgment in analyzing trends, identifying operational risks and opportunities, validating data integrity, recommending process improvements, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance compliance, fiscal stewardship, customer service, and the effective delivery of programs and services while ensuring adherence to federal, state, local, and Board requirements.

  •  Analyze the effectiveness of provider incentives, scholarships, professional development, Local Match, quality initiatives, monitoring activities, and other Child Care Operations programs by evaluating measurable outcomes, return on investment, and program impact.
  •  Ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and compliance by validating data from multiple systems, conducting quality control reviews, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions to improve data accuracy and reporting consistency.
  •  Exercise independent judgment and analytical decision-making to identify operational risks, performance gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement while developing recommendations that support organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives by evaluating operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, recommending system enhancements, and collaborating with staff to improve program effectiveness, customer service, and operational performance.
  •  Prepare and present complex analytical reports, performance summaries, forecasts, and recommendations for executive leadership, Board members, funding agencies, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with program staff, fiscal teams, contractors, technology staff, and community partners to establish performance measures, improve reporting processes, support program implementation, and ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
  •  Support strategic planning, program development, grant management, monitoring activities, and audit readiness by providing reliable data analysis, documentation, and performance reporting that demonstrate accountability and measurable outcomes.
  •  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff regarding data collection, reporting standards, performance measurement methodologies, and continuous quality improvement practices while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-informed decision-making.
