Job Summary
The Sr. Support Ops Administrator plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and operational excellence. This position is responsible for troubleshooting complex incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and security. By leveraging expertise in Terraform and Python, the administrator will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous process improvement within the support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on AI algorithms and automation scripts.
- Implement anomaly detection models and integrate them into production systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate ML/AI models into scalable, maintainable code.
- Automate routine workflows and system monitoring processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and build RESTful APIs using frameworks like Django or FastAPI etc.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of the application developed and deployed in the production.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to anomaly detection.
- Document software components and processes for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate actively in Agile development cycles, code reviews, and technical discussions.
