Senior Advisor, Technical Program Management

As a Technical Program Management Senior Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of new and innovative solutions to modernize and simplify our supply chain planning processes. Working closely with sales, planning, procurement, materials, production and other technical IT teams in cross-functional teams, you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk programs—from design to delivery.

You will: 

1. Business Acumen & Strategy

• Lead product strategy by leveraging new tools and technologies to simplify and modernize supply chain planning processes while delivering measurable financial outcomes.
• Translate financial drivers and business priorities into actionable product decisions, including backlog grooming, reprioritization, technical resourcing, and roadmap acceleration.
• Anticipate challenges and opportunities by identifying risks early, developing mitigation strategies, and driving data-informed decisions to ensure program success.

2. Leadership & Change Enablement

• Champion transformational change by modernizing supply chain workflows to achieve business KPIs
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing product development team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and influence outcomes through clear communication and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Cultivate a collaborative, non-hierarchical team environment rooted in transparency and trust.

3. Product Execution & Technical Fluency

• Own the product backlog and release planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to assess architecture, development velocity, and product quality.
• Advocate for intuitive, user-centered design and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends relevant to supply chain and digital commerce.
• Demonstrate proficiency in new tools and technologies such as agents, LLMs & other artificial intelligence capabilities to build concepts, use-cases for modernization

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

• Leverage data analytics to inform product strategy, measure success, and communicate impact through compelling storytelling.
• Define and track success metrics tied to business outcomes such as POI, Lead times, Excess risk, Service levels, and cost savings.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Apply ADKAR and negotiation frameworks to influence roadmap prioritization, funding decisions, and talent allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to implement change effectively, addressing resistance with empathy and clarity.

Essential Requirements: 

• 8+ years in product management or related roles, with a focus on supply chain, digital platforms, or enterprise systems, including experience leading agile pods and facilitating agile ceremonies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in B2B and/or digital product management within supply chain or marketplace environments, with deep understanding of supply chain operations, seller ecosystems, and digital commerce platforms.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, strategic agility, and inspirational vision—influencing without authority and building consensus across diverse teams.
• Technical Fluency: Familiarity with MLOps, data science frameworks, agile product development, and product quality assurance methodologies such as design thinking and Six Sigma.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong capabilities in structured quantitative and qualitative analysis, with excellent communication skills to deliver insights and drive decision-making.
• Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with resilience, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
