We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a strong background scalable machine learning systems to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in building multilingual AI pipelines, deploying models in production, and integrating state-of-the-art LLMs into real-world applications. You will play a key role in designing AI architecture, managing model lifecycles, and contributing to the development of intelligent systems that operate at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and services for NLP, document processing, and forecasting.
- Integrate transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) for tasks such as classification, summarization, and translation.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure model reliability, scalability, and performance across multilingual and document-centric applications.
- Apply ethical AI practices in model development and data usage.
- Contribute to technical documentation, experimentation frameworks, and best practices in AI delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including production deployment of ML models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques and hands-on experience with multilingual or document-based pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and hybrid/on-prem environments.
- Familiarity with model monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
