QSR Automations is looking for a Senior Analyst, Technical Projects and Escalations!
Job Summary:
QSR Automations has an immediate opening for an exceptionally driven and highly accountable, results-oriented individual for the role of Senior Analyst, Technical Projects and Escalations.
This role will report directly to the Manager of Technical Projects. The Senior Analyst will serve as a technical liaison between various internal departments; a technical subject matter expert regarding QSR’s products and services; a point of escalation for technical defects observed in
production; and will work on various small/medium-sized projects of a technical nature.
You will be expected to:

Serve as a technical subject matter expert regarding QSR’s products and services for
the Support Services team as well as other internal departments

Serve as a “Tier 3 Support Analyst” to handle sensitive/nuanced issues and potential
product defects escalated from other technical teams
·
Identify and isolate software defects discovered during troubleshooting and work with
the Product Management team to schedule/implement fixes when necessary
·
Organize preliminary “project discovery” meetings with customers and external partners
that want to integrate with our API services
·
Coordinate with different departments to enable integrations with external partners and
ensure all necessary services and configurations are in place prior to go-live
·
Manage various small/medium-sized projects of a technical nature
What the role is:
· Full-time, salaried position
· Regular M-F business hours
· Based out of our Louisville, Kentucky headquarters
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us:
Required:
· 3+ years’ experience supporting software applications
· Excellent written/verbal communication and critical
thinking skills
· Experience writing SQL queries to pull data for analysis
· Be self-directed and able to adjust the pace to meet set
delivery deadlines
· Be able to handle multiple tasks at once and switch focus
as priorities shift
Desired:
- Prior experience with restaurant/hospitality POS systems. Restaurant operations experience.
- Knowledge or abilities with SQL (ability to write simple queries or scripts).
- College degree or relevant technical certifications (MCDST, Support Center Analyst or ITIL).
