Job description

Seeking an Android & iOS Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of high-quality mobile applications for both platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions.

  • Mobile App Architecture & Development: Design and develop scalable mobile applications using native (Kotlin, Swift) or cross-platform technologies (Flutter, React Native); define app architecture and ensure best coding practices.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Lead the development of intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces aligned with modern UI/UX standards.
  • API Integration & Backend Coordination: Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services; collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Performance Optimization & Scalability: Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and ensure apps are scalable and responsive across devices.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit testing, debugging, and performance testing; ensure high-quality code and minimal production issues.
  • Deployment & Release Management: Manage app publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store; handle versioning, updates, and release cycles.
  • Security & Best Practices: Implement mobile security standards, secure data handling, and follow industry best practices for coding and deployment.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This is a full-time onsite position.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with advanced mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase, push notifications, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
