Job Purpose
1. key application support & maintenance for runtime
issues
2. Application support and provide the assistance on tech
side issue to banks
3. Manage the team to maintain the application support
24/7*365 days
4. Understands different programming languages and ability
to solve problems in Production
5. Possesses good knowledge of different software systems,
client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
6. Identifying tech stack, DB designing as part of
requirements
7. Server configuration for application/DB servers
8. Experience in troubleshooting, software development
processes and ability to understand the requirements
9. Co-ordination with internal departments for ensuring
smooth business operations
10. Product handling and clarification of technical issue
with banks.
11. Good working knowledge on open data base, Windows and
Linux systems.
12. Proactive service improvement initiatives including
trending of incidents, root cause of technical issues
13. Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient
capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
14. Must ensure to follow the correct procedures, policies
and documentation requirements to meet the audit/compliances
