Senior BE Developer (Java)
We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to join our Engineering team and contribute to the design, development and evolution of our digital wealth management platform.
In this role, you will build secure, scalable and high-performing back-end services, working closely with product managers, architects and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions for financial institutions.
5+ years of experience in back-end software development using Java and Spring Boot.Strong experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS in production environments.Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.Solid understanding of software architecture, secure coding principles and engineering best practices.Experience working in Agile environments using Git and CI/CD pipelines.Professional proficiency in English and Italian.Background in fintech, banking or regulated software environments is a genuine advantage.Nice to Have
Experience with messaging technologies (e.g. Kafka or RabbitMQ).Familiarity with authentication and security standards (e.g. OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).Experience with automated testing, observability or Infrastructure as Code tools.
