abra’s Data & AI Division is looking for a Senior BI & Data Engineer Developer to join a leading project!

We are looking for an experienced BI & Data professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering end-to-end data solutions. In this role, you will lead the design and development of modern data platforms, drive technical excellence, manage client relationships, and play a key role in delivering high-impact BI and data engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify project risks and dependencies early, proactively prevent scope creep, and manage changes against the agreed project scope.
  • Stay hands-on by designing the DWH layer and data models while contributing to complex development tasks and performance optimization.
  • Lead the adoption of AI tools across the team to improve analysis, SQL development, and technical documentation.
  • Manage client relationships, project scope, timelines, and delivery plans, ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in BI and ETL/ELT data development.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end AWS data architectures, including Redshift, Glue, S3, and DMS.
  • Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Expert-level SQL skills and extensive experience in data modeling, including Star Schema and Data Warehouse design.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one leading BI platform: Amazon QuickSight (preferred), Power BI, or Tableau.
