Senior Client Developer
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Developer to lead one of our most strategic MSP partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for client governance, executive stakeholder management, program performance, and strategic workforce initiatives within a complex global environment.
You will act as the primary strategic contact for the client and work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure operational excellence, KPI performance, and long-term business success.
This is not a sales role and not a delivery management role. We are looking for someone who has successfully led MSP, RPO, or Workforce Solutions programs and can operate confidently with senior stakeholders in a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the strategic client relationship.
• Lead governance forums, including MBRs, QBRs, and Executive Reviews.
• Drive stakeholder management across regional and global client organizations.
• Ensure KPI, SLA, and contractual performance.
• Lead client escalations, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive workforce strategy discussions and program development.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
• Support transformational and change management initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MSP, RPO, Workforce Solutions, or Talent Solutions.
• Proven experience managing strategic client relationships.
• Experience leading governance with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Experience driving KPIs, SLAs, and program performance.
• Experience working in a global and matrix environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
Strongly Preferred
• MSP implementation or transition experience.
• Experience with contingent workforce programs.
• Experience working with global clients and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (e.g., SAP Fieldglass).
• Fluent in Swedish.
