Therefore SAP AMS is marked as strategic to support customer's CIOs in running their investment in SAP software in the cloud and on SAP´s HANA technology. For more than 15 years SAP AMS delivers value to more than 75 customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). An average customer relationship of six years shows the confidence and high customer satisfaction. Out of these existing SAP AMS engagements as well as for new customer opportunities SAP AMS is an ideal starting point to significantly support our goals and strengthen the growth of SAP. In order to assure our successful growth we are looking for a Project-/Program Manager (f/m) to complete our EMEA Delivery Execution team. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Project- and Program Management:
- Set up and support SAP AMS projects towards customers and SAP account representatives
- Take over responsibility during solution design and pricing phase in presales projects
- Lead Change Requests with your delivery teamActive management support of the complete Customer Engagement Lifecycle
- Ensuring revenue and project profitability
- Manage total Project delivery quality
- Proactively advice Customers for improvement potentials and up-sell SAP´s product and service portfolio
- Close collaboration with various teams within SAP in the cloud and SAP HANA project delivery
WORK EXPERIENCE
- trackable work experience with international customers (including experience in international consulting projects) Optional and Beneficial:
- SAP Application and Technology skill set (Certification and experience as SAP Application Consultant and or SAP Support Consultant)
- Knowledge of Run SAP / E2E Methodology & Standards (Run SAP Certification)
- Knowledge of Solution Manager Functionality (Certification and experience as SAP Solution Manager Consultant)
- Experience in IT Service Management Process Consulting (experience as SAP Business Consultant, Focus on Operations Process and Governance)
- Experience in sales or roll-out process for new product beneficial (experience in Business Development or Portfolio Management)
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Masters, Bachelor's or other University degree
- ITIL / IT Service Management Certification
- Project Management (Certification and experience as Project/Program Manager for external Customer Projects)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Customer focus, ability to handle conflicts and de-escalations
- Distinct ability to think analytically and make entrepreneurial decisions
- Willingness to travelBensheim and Munich as locations also possible
