Your work profile

• We are looking for a seasoned Senior Consultant – Full Stack Test Automation Lead capable of driving enterprise-wide automation initiatives across UI, API, database, and microservices layers.
• The role involves leading automation framework development, driving CI/CD adoption, mentoring teams, and implementing modern quality engineering practices.

Automation Strategy & Framework Development

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Define reusable testing architecture and coding standards.
• Lead automation initiatives across multiple projects.
• Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technology enhancements.
• Full Stack Quality Engineering
• Establish testing coverage across UI, APIs, databases, and microservices.
• Implement shift-left testing methodologies.
• Ensure high automation coverage and maintainability.
• Design solutions for complex validation scenarios involving distributed architectures.

API & Microservices Testing

• Develop robust automation frameworks for REST and service-layer testing.
• Validate service integrations and event-driven architectures.
• Work extensively with API contracts, schemas, and microservices validation.

CI/CD & DevOps Integration

• Build automated quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate automation frameworks with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Support continuous integration and continuous delivery strategies.
• Drive test execution optimization and faster feedback cycles.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor test engineers and conduct automation code reviews.
• Define automation best practices and governance.
• Participate in effort estimation, risk assessment, and project planning.
• Drive quality improvements through metrics and analytics.

Key skills required
 

• 6-9 years of exp
• Advanced Java and Python programming expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• API Automation using Rest Assured, Karate, and Postman.
• Experience in designing automation frameworks from scratch.
• CI/CD implementation using Jenkins.
• Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• SQL and NoSQL database testing.
• Microservices architecture testing.
• Docker and containerized environments.

Preferred Skills

• Kubernetes exposure.
• AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
• Performance testing using JMeter.
• Splunk, Grafana, ELK monitoring tools.
• Security testing awareness (OWASP concepts).

Leadership Expectations

• Lead automation initiatives across projects.
• Review automation strategy and framework design.
• Mentor team members and improve overall automation maturity.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide quality engineering recommendations.

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
