Job Description:
- He needs to have current hands on programming experience and can lead a team .
- He would be coding actively , so must be very proficient with Java coding and architecture .
- Strong Java / J2EE skills and a good understanding of databases
- Very good in Core Java – specifically Collections , Multithreading , Design Patterns , OOPS concepts
- Good understanding on Data Structures & Memory management
- Ability to work in a fast paced , agile & highly dynamic environment
- Test Driven Development mindset
- Good to have - Comfortable working on Linux systems & good hold on Unix commands
- Must have hands-on Java experience
- Knowledge on Spring , Hibernate , EJB is a plus
