In this position, you will:
- Develop and implement data classification, grading, and security policies across the company
- Monitor data flows, conduct risk analysis, and respond to data security incidents
- Plan and operate data security tools (e.g., DLP, data encryption, access control)
- Assist in establishing security control processes for the entire data lifecycle, including collection, storage, usage, sharing, and destruction
- Conduct regular data security risk assessments, produce analysis reports, and drive improvements
- Support compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, personal information protection laws) and refine data security policies
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Analysis, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in data security, network security, or privacy protection
- Familiarity with data security standards, regulations, and common risk scenarios
- Preferred Qualifications (One or More)
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Experience in policy planning, incident analysis, or product operation
- Data Encryption: Hands-on experience with transparent encryption, database encryption, or key management
- Data Security Governance: Involvement in data classification, data asset management, or compliance auditing projects
- Cloud Data Security: Familiarity with data security controls in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
- Privacy-Enhancing Technologies: Knowledge of differential privacy, federated learning, or secure multi-party computation
- Security Analysis Tools: Proficiency with SIEM, data traceability, or log analysis platforms
- Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-departmental communication skills
- Data-sensitive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
