As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will:
Lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution, driving measurable business outcomes.
Solve complex, high-impact analytics problems at speed.
Use data to scale business operations and uncover opportunities.
Work across analytics engineering, business analytics, and data science—primarily using SQL and Python.
Build robust, scalable data infrastructure that addresses real-world challenges.

Operate and enhance a core data product to support evolving business needs.
Redesign and optimize data systems to manage growth and new requirements.
Develop new pipelines to track and analyze upcoming business initiatives.
Advocate for and implement new tools to improve team workflows.
Improve the accuracy of machine-learning bidding algorithms used for customer acquisition.
Perform customer segmentation analyses to guide product improvements.
Strengthen monitoring and alerting systems to address data quality issues at scale.
Requirements
What You Need
3–4 years of proven experience in a related role (Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Data Analysis).
Strong expertise in SQL, with practical real-world applications.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows.
Advanced quantitative and programming skills—Python preferred; R, Rust, Go, Ruby, or C++ also valuable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar technical field.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
A collaborative team player with strong work ethic—ready to pivot between projects, learn from mistakes, and push innovation forward.
