Responsibilities
Utilize advanced analytical and statistical methods to address complex business challenges.
Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis, leveraging statistical regression, machine learning, and hypothesis testing to generate actionable recommendations that propel business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop key metrics and design robust indexes for continuously monitoring KPI fluctuations, the impact of business initiatives, and customer experience.
Design and implement foundational tests, such as back testing risk strategies, analyzing payment attributes, benchmarking product performance, and segmenting user profiles, while creating documentation that articulates underlying assumptions and conclusions.
Apply predictive modeling to support business partners with critical functions including revenue/loss forecasting, budgeting, and proactive risk management.
Build sophisticated rules, algorithms, and machine learning models to extract valuable business insights and partner with cross-functional teams including ops, risk, product, engineering, and compliance to execute strategic decisions.
Mentor junior data scientists and interns.
Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Designing A/B tests, conducting statistical analysis, and interpreting A/B test results to provide business insights;
Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results);
Developing large-scale machine learning systems;
Programming using Python, Hive, or SQL; and
Developing graphical and visual representations of data using business intelligence tool Tableau or Power BI.
Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 20%.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210928 - $329334 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
