Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead – PLM (ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE) 1. Role Summary An experienced PLM professional responsible for design, development, customization, and support of Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA-based solutions. The role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders (India/Japan/US), delivering scalable engineering solutions and supporting end-to-end PLM lifecycle implementations. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Development & Customization Design and develop solutions on ENOVIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE platform Customize out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionalities using business rules and code Develop enhancements aligned with business use cases Implement integrations with external systems using APIs / web services (grounded in PLM development responsibilities from internal file) [DS Technology | PowerPoint] B. Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
