Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Experience: 3–6 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and supporting frontend applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and React, along with strong debugging and production support skills.

You will work in a fast-paced engineering environment, building and maintaining high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build and enhance REST APIs and distributed applications.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across applications, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Work with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Support cloud-native deployments using AWS services.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor application health using observability and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and contribute to React-based applications when required.
• Participate in production support, incident resolution, and on-call rotations as needed.

• 3–6 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience building and supporting production-grade applications.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across application, infrastructure, and database layers.
• Good understanding of AWS cloud services and modern deployment practices.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js and frontend integration.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to participate in production support and on-call rotations when required.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
