Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom software
  solutions tailored to legal and regulatory requirements
  
• Translate regulatory and compliance needs
  into scalable technical implementations
  
• Collaborate with network and engineering
  teams to support Lawful Interception (LI) and specialized systems
  
• Ensure solutions adhere to security,
  compliance, and audit standards
  
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality,
  maintainable code
  
• Participate in solution architecture,
  system integration, and performance optimization
  
• Support ongoing enhancements,
  troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of applications
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering legal and
  regulatory compliant software solutions
  
• Strong background in software development
  and system design
  
• Experience working in regulated
  environments (e.g., telecom, government, or security domains)
  
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and
  compliance frameworks
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical
  capabilities
  

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Lawful Interception (LI)
  systems or similar regulated technologies
  
• Experience with network-integrated
  applications or telecom environments
  
• Familiarity with API development, Java microservices
  architecture, and modern development frameworks
