Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Analyst to lead the design, implementation, automation, and optimization of enterprise-grade CI/CD platforms and DevOps engineering practices.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong expertise in build and release engineering, pipeline automation, infrastructure as code, source code repository management, application deployment, and cloud-native DevOps tooling. The ideal candidate will drive modernization initiatives, support large-scale repository migrations, and build secure, scalable, and highly automated delivery platforms across complex enterprise environments.
This role demands an engineer who can operate independently, take ownership of critical DevOps platforms, and partner closely with development, infrastructure, security, and cloud engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and related DevOps tools
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Groovy, PowerShell, Shell scripting, and YAML-based pipeline definitions
Build and support automated build, test, deployment, and release processes for .NET and other enterprise applications
Manage and optimize software delivery pipelines across multiple environments while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
Lead repository migration initiatives from SVN, Bitbucket, and legacy source control platforms to GitHub Enterprise
Implement source code management best practices including branching strategies, pull request workflows, repository governance, and security controls
Integrate vulnerability scanning, code quality analysis, compliance controls, and automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
Support application packaging, artifact management, and release orchestration using NuGet and enterprise artifact repositories
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and environment-related challenges
Create and maintain DevOps standards, documentation, and operational runbooks
Must Have Skills & Experience
8–10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Build & Release Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles

YAML-based CI/CD pipeline development
Proven experience leading repository migrations from SVN, Bitbucket, or other source control systems to GitHub Enterprise
Extensive experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines for .NET Framework and .NET Core applications
Strong understanding of build automation, release management, artifact management, and deployment strategies
Hands-on experience with NuGet package management and build dependency management
Experience integrating security scanning, compliance checks, and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have Skills
Experience with AWS services and cloud-native deployment models
Familiarity with Harness for Continuous Delivery and deployment orchestration
Experience with Docker containerization technologies
Knowledge of Checkmarx or similar security and code quality tools
Experience with GitHub Enterprise, Subversion administration and repository governance
Exposure to Azure DevOps or other enterprise DevOps platforms
Experience supporting regulatory, banking, financial services, or treasury platforms
Knowledge of Python, Bash, or additional automation languages
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
OR
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
