1. Responsible for Project budget, cost and financial management: control budget, cost and financial target of the project, promote the identification and implementation of various project opportunities, and ensure the financial target of the project are met or exceeded;
2. Responsible for Project delivery and quality management: control the progress and quality of the project, identify and manage project risks, ensure to meet or exceed the objectives of project progress and quality.
3. Responsible for Project engineering change management: organize and implement project engineering changes.
4. Responsible for company process improvement of project management area based on related tools(EBP).
5. Support BU/TS team to win new business.
1. EHS环境健康安全
- Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training. 遵循作业指导书或培训沟通中所定义的环境健康安全要求；
- Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls. 遵循所要求的紧急预防和操作控制；
- Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies. 报告所有的事故、职业疾病和突发事件。
2. Quality质量
- Apply, execute and maintain function related YFI OS issues. 申请、执行和维护YFI OS的相关功能；
- In addition to the above mentioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined. 除了上面提到的其他有可能单独定义的活动任务和责任。
3. Information Security信息安全
- Follow policy to ensure the information be safe.遵循政策，确保信息安全。
