The Senior Packaging Engineering Program Manager drives the strategic vision and execution of packaging UX and design excellence across our devices portfolio—spanning new product launches and sustaining programs. This role owns the end-to-end packaging plan, including schedule creation, structural design development and approval, testing, and coordination of validation builds, aligning inter-disciplinary teams to ensure packaging structure and artwork meet global launch dates. Additional responsibilities include Bill of Material (BOM) management, compliance oversight, and Print On Demand (POD) labeling design and production.
Beyond execution, this role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership—driving closure on ambiguous, high-impact trade-offs and ensuring packaging strategy is integrated with broader product and business objectives. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
