Job Summary

To develop, test & deploy an application/ product and also provide maintenance support for complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. To design and develop robust and scalable end-to-end solutions, covering both front-end and back-end development.

2. To enhance an existing application and/or product, to incorporate a new feature or modify an existing one.

3. To tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

4. To identify and address bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems and optimize application performance / responsiveness through code improvements.

5. To communicate effectively with team members , collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Skill Requirements

  • Campaign Platform Development & Optimization
    • Design and implement solutions within marketing automation platforms (e.g., Unica) to support targeted, scalable campaign execution.
  • Campaign Workflow Engineering
    • Develop and configure workflows for campaign management, ensuring efficient execution, segmentation, and orchestration across systems.
  • Full-Stack Technical Contribution
    • Work across multiple technologies, particularly with Java-based backend systems
  • Data & Integration Engineering
    • Build and maintain robust data pipelines and integrations using:
      • SQL / PostgreSQL
      • APIs and batch processing

Other Requirements

    • Hands-on experience with Unica (Campaign, Interact, or similar tools)
    • Familiarity with marketing data models and segmentation strategies
    • Experience in integrating marketing platforms with enterprise systems
