Job Summary

Deliver SAP Order-to-Cash application development and enhancement work, translating business requirements into sustainable SD/CS/VC/LE-integrated solutions.
Order-to-Cash, SAP SD, VC, Customer Service, pricing, credit management, delivery, billing, returns, intercompany, outputs, Finance/logistics integration and customer-facing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional analysis and configuration/design for OTC enhancements, user stories, change requests and project deliverables.

Design and validate solutions for sales orders, pricing conditions, discounts, credit checks, deliveries, billing, returns, credit memos and ledger integration.

Partner with ABAP/Fiori developers to define functional specifications, integration rules, test data and acceptance criteria for custom OTC changes.

Assess impacts across FI/CO, MM/PP, LE/WM, EWM, TM, GTS, customer service and external integrations before solution approval.

Support release planning, sprint/backlog refinement, defect triage and implementation readiness for OTC change items.

Define regression test scope and support test execution for high-impact OTC processes, especially after release cycles where ticket volume can increase.

Contribute to process harmonisation and automation opportunities for sales orders, sales invoices, open orders, customer blocked status and IDoc remediation.

Document solution design, configuration rationale, business rules, risks and handover notes for transition into AMS support.

Support stakeholder workshops with business domain teams and key users to clarify requirements and drive fit-to-standard where possible.

Ensure delivered changes are audit-ready, operationally supportable and aligned to Sonova's future ERP transformation objectives.
