Our team of 50 specialists supports the entire software lifecycle, from conception to operations. We offer flexible solutions through lean project teams, ensuring quick decisions and adaptability. Our clients span industries like banking, insurance, real estate and the public sector. We handle small to mid-sized projects involving web frontends, complex backends and third-party integrations. Our team is located in Lisbon, with 35 employees based at Avenida 5 de Outubro, working in close collaboration with our headquarters in Zurich.
Your responsibility
As part of our team, you will contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment while taking ownership of the following:
- Requirement Analysis & Software Development: Understand, analyze and translate business needs into innovative software solutions
- Design & Development: Build efficient, scalable and high-quality software aligned with business objectives
- Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to clarify, refine and enhance requirements as well as foster an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across team
- Technical Expertise: Guide your peers with your technical skills and grow alongside a diverse group of professionals

Your Profile
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; Relevant technical certifications are a plus
- 5+ years of professional software development experience (including at least 3 years on a complex, long-term project)
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system or component library and working closely with UX/UI designers
- A strong understanding of development lifecycle management (Git, BitBucket) and hands-on experience with Pull Requests
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, and an adaptable mindset
- Keeps up with the evolving AI tooling landscape and proactively adopts new tools that improve team productivity
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
