Somos una empresa líder en entretenimiento infantil, creadores de El Reino Infantil, el canal de YouTube en español con más suscriptores a nivel mundial. Además, contamos con un sello discográfico histórico que desde hace más de 40 años representa a grandes artistas.


🎯 Objetivo del puesto

Buscamos un/a Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Go/Java) para desarrollar productos digitales de alto impacto que utilizan millones de usuarios alrededor del mundo.

La persona seleccionada participará en el desarrollo de aplicaciones de punta a punta, combinando frontend y backend, con una mirada orientada al producto, la experiencia de usuario y la mejora continua.

Se trata de un rol clave para impulsar soluciones escalables, innovadoras y de alta calidad dentro de un ecosistema digital en constante crecimiento.


💻 Responsabilidades

Desarrollar interfaces modernas, rápidas y accesibles utilizando React y TypeScript.

Construir y mantener APIs y servicios backend con Go o Java.

Participar en decisiones de arquitectura, producto y experiencia de usuario.

Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para transformar necesidades del negocio en soluciones tecnológicas.

Optimizar la performance, escalabilidad y calidad del código aplicando buenas prácticas de desarrollo.

Proponer mejoras continuas en productos, procesos y herramientas.


🧩 Requisitos

Experiencia de 5 años o más en desarrollo Full Stack.

Experiencia sólida desarrollando con React y TypeScript.

Experiencia construyendo APIs REST con Go (Gin, Echo o Chi) o Java (Spring Boot).

Conocimientos en manejo de estado global (Redux, Zustand o Context API).

Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL) y conocimientos de Docker, CI/CD y GCP o AWS serán un plus.
