Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate has a deep mastery of Java/Spring Boot and Angular, a proven track record of designing scalable cloud-native architectures, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Architect scalable microservices and modular Angular frontends using robust design patterns.
- Lead Development: Write clean, secure, and production-ready code for complex business logic.
- State & Performance: Optimize frontend state management (NgRx/RxJS) and eliminate client-side rendering bottlenecks.
- API Strategy: Design high-performance, secure, and well-documented RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Database Optimization: Optimize complex database queries, indexing strategies, and data models in PostgreSQL/MySQL or NoSQL databases.
- DevOps & Cloud: Own the containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) architectures.
- CI/CD Leadership: Establish, monitor, and automate robust CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Code Quality: Enforce rigorous standards via thorough code reviews and automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Karma).
- Technical Mentorship: Guide, upskill, and mentor junior and mid-level developers on technical best practices.
- Agile Leadership: Collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories, estimate effort, and break down complex epics.
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced Java & Spring: 7+ years of expert-level experience with Java (17/21) and the Spring Ecosystem (Boot, Cloud, Security, Data).
- Enterprise Angular: 5+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-scale SPAs with Angular (14+) and TypeScript.
- Reactive Programming: Deep mastery of RxJS, asynchronous data streams, and advanced state management (NgRx/NGXS).
- Cloud & Microservices: Strong experience designing event-driven microservices using Spring Cloud, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Security Standards: Expert knowledge of enterprise security frameworks, including OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and web vulnerability mitigation (OWASP).
- Data Management: Advanced expertise with Hibernate/JPA and tuning relational databases under heavy load.
- Testing Excellence: Deep experience writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both frontend and backend.
- AI Tool Integration: Proven ability to accelerate development velocity using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Typically requires 7 to 10+ years of total software engineering experience.
- Methodology: Extensive experience leading tech delivery within fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership capability, strategic thinking, and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
