About Role :
Summary:
Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer/Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise applications. Strong expertise in React, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, and PHP, along with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud databases (GCP/Azure), Java/Spring Boot, and build tools (Maven/Gradle) is required. The role involves leading architecture discussions, code reviews, performance optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. Banking domain experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, Develop and maintain scalable web applications
- Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Designers ,BSA, Back-end team and QA
- Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces
- Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient Front-end systems
Technical Skills Required :
- Front-end : React, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Semantic UI
- Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, PHP
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB , PostgreSQL
- Other Skills: Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem-solving abilities
- Nice to have: Banking Experience
- RESTful Services: designing and consuming REST APIs
- Microservices Development or Integration – Familiarity with REST APIs
- Software Architectural Design Concept
- Knowledge of Java/JVM/SpringBoot framework
- Knowledge of automated build tools (Maven / Gradle (ability to write/modify build methods via Gradle)
- Databases:
- Experience with Cloud Hosted Database (GCP Cloud SQL, Spanner or Azure: MySQL, Azure SQL Server, Azure SQL MI)
- APIs:
- RESTful Services: designing and consuming REST APIs
- Microservices Development or Integration – Familiarity with REST APIs
- Software Architectural Design Concept
- Knowledge of Java/JVM/SpringBoot framework
- Knowledge of automated build tools (Maven / Gradle (ability to write/modify build methods via Gradle)
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience of hands-on software development experience
- Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications at scale
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies and best coding practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $120,000 CAD per annum (max) including any bonuses or variable pay.
