Overview We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and React, focused on building scalable, cloud-native applications. This role combines hands-on engineering with module ownership and technical leadership, requiring end-to-end responsibility for backend services and collaboration with frontend development. You will work on microservices architectures deployed in cloud environments, contributing to both backend and frontend layers. At this level, you are expected to own delivery outcomes, influence design decisions, and guide team execution across modules. Your Impact Design and build scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js Develop and maintain frontend components using React Own end-to-end delivery of modules (design, development, testing, deployment) Deploy and operate applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Build and maintain APIs (REST / GraphQL) ensuring performance and scalability Lead technical decisions considering architecture, performance, and non-functional requirements Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery Debug and resolve production issues, improving system reliability Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Qualifications Skills & Experience (Must Have) 7–10 years of experience in full-stack or backend development Strong hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot Solid experience with Node.js backend development Mandatory experience with React (hands-on, not just exposure) Proven experience building systems using microservices architecture Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience building APIs using REST and/or GraphQL Experience working with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB preferred) Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams Set Yourself Apart With (Nice to Have) Experience with AI/ML integrations (e.g., APIs, copilots, LLM usage) Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging systems) Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools Experience contributing to architecture decisions or leading modules Exposure to innovation initiatives or POV development Additional information An inclusive workplace that promotes diversity and collaboration.
