One of their key areas is IT staffing and outsourcing, providing skilled remote technology professionals and dedicated teams for international projects. Their technology services focus on delivering reliable, scalable and high-quality solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to become part of the development team and contribute to the delivery of modern, high-quality web applications. In this role, you will work across both backend and frontend layers, taking part in the full development lifecycle - from technical planning and solution design to implementation, optimization and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate closely with developers, Product Managers, Designers and QA Engineers to build scalable, secure and high-performing solutions, while contributing to engineering best practices, code quality and the continuous improvement of the development process.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET (C#) and React.
- Design clean, scalable, and maintainable backend services and frontend components.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Participate in technical planning, solution design, and architectural discussions.
- Improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in production and development environments.
- Support deployment processes, containerized applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform code reviews, promote coding standards, and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
If you are someone who has:
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET.
- Solid knowledge of React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Practical experience with Docker containers and modern deployment practices.
- Experience using Git and CI/CD pipelines in collaborative development environments.
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within distributed teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Previous experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
