Job description

We are a fast-growing HR Tech company with a presence in the UK and Nigeria. Having successfully built and launched multiple HR platforms, we’re now expanding our product offerings. We’re seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong DevOps experience and hands-on expertise in Vultr cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with our existing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for HR and payroll platforms.

  • Lead and manage infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines using DevOps best practices.

  • Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and secure software delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.

  • Integrate and optimize services on Vultr and AWS cloud environments.

  • Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and technical mentorship



Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.

  • Must have hands-on DevOps Engineer experience, including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code.

  • Experience with Vultr cloud hosting is required.

  • Prior experience in HR Tech or Fintech.

  • Strong frontend skills using Vue.js, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks.

  • Backend proficiency with Node.js, Python, or Java.

  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

  • Proficient in tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
