About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and deliver end-to-end features across modern Python backend services and React applications. You'll own the full development lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring—helping shape a cloud-native SaaS platform used in the energy industry.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Python and React.
- Build scalable backend services with FastAPI and/or Flask.
- Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Design and evolve REST APIs with well-defined OpenAPI contracts.
- Process and analyze structured data to support business insights and product features.
- Work with document databases such as MongoDB.
- Write comprehensive automated tests across frontend and backend.
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Python (3.12+)
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and/or Flask
- Production experience with React 18+ and TypeScript
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar state management libraries
- Strong understanding of REST API design and integration
- Experience working with MongoDB or other document databases
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications
- Experience writing automated tests using pytest, Vitest, or Jest
- Familiarity with modern code quality tools (Ruff, Pyright, ESLint, Prettier)
- Strong understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and software design best practices
Nice to Have
- Advanced MongoDB experience (aggregation pipelines, PyMongo, Mongoose)
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GCS)
- Exposure to LLM APIs, AI integrations, or agent frameworks
