Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. As a Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + React) at Endava you will develop innovative products and cloud solutions to tackle a wide variety of problems. You will act as a key contributor to system design and architecture to achieve high impact outcomes.
- Developing and testing solutions in Java based on given requirements
- Estimating tasks and participating in daily team sync-ups
- Participating in code reviews
- Daily communication with the client through emails, phone sync-ups etc.
- Collaborating with the QA engineering team to ensure the delivered code meets the defined standards.
- Experience with the latest Java versions (7+ years);
- Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, OOP principles, design patterns, and engineering practices;
- Proficient with ReactJS, Typescript, CSS, HTML
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS);
- Knowledge of Web protocols and technologies, RESTful Web services;
- Experience with source code versioning systems (Perforce, Git, SVN);
- Good verbal and written English;
- Experience with both SQL & NoSQL databases;
- Experience with Microservices;
- Solid understanding of the complete product development cycle;
- Strong analytical skills, systematic approach, and self-reliant;
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker, Spring and Spring Boot.
