The Senior Innovation Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing innovation programs within the organization. This role requires a blend of project management, leadership, and innovation skills to ensure the successful execution of the company's strategic initiatives. The Senior Innovation Program Manager plays a pivotal role in defining objectives, planning, implementing, and evaluating innovation programs while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster the adoption and integration of new ideas and technologies.

Missions & Responsabilities : 

• Developer and facilitator of support programs
• Manage the development, evolution and operation of support, acceleration and incubation programs.
• identification and recruitment of innovative startups
• Identification and recruitment of mentors, coaches and trainers.
• The integration of beneficiary start-ups into the support program.
• Responsible for the proper execution of the training, mentoring and coaching program for the beneficiary startups.
• Implement a communication plane
• Organizer and facilitator of information sessions to present support programs to potential start-ups.
• Writing monthly, half-yearly and annual reports.
• Evaluate the results of training programs and projects to verify their effectiveness and suggest improvements

Skills: 

• Proven experience in managing innovation programs, preferably in a technological or industrial environment.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and problem-solve creatively.
• In-depth knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the innovation field.
• Proficiency in project management tools and relevant software

Required Profiles: 

• Master degree in business management, engineering, sciences, or a related field
• Significant professional experience in managing innovation projects, preferably with previous experience in team leadership.
•   Excellent project management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring.
•   Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
•   Mastery of project management tools and relevant software.
• Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent ability to write reports and analyses, and to summarize.
