Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer / Senior Developer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Spring Boot, Oracle SQL, containerization, CI/CD practices, and application monitoring tools. This role is based at the client's office in Chennai and offers an opportunity to work on mission-critical enterprise applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle SQL.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following development best practices.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools.
• Analyze application logs and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills
• 5–8 years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Good experience with Oracle SQL.
• Experience with containerization technologies.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kafka and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and/or Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work from the client's office in Chennai.
Good-to-Have Skills
• BFSI/Insurance domain experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application architectures.
• Exposure to enterprise integration and microservices-based applications.
