Senior Java Developer M/F
This is your mission
Are you passionate about high-performance trading systems and financial markets? Then this position is for you.
As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of critical components supporting Credit eTrading activities, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across a global trading platform.
Build side:
• Design and develop new features for Credit eTrading order management systems and market connectivity layers
• Contribute to the implementation of bond quoting capabilities from Algo Engines
• Enhance bond auto-negotiation functionalities and RFQ workflows between Sales and Trading teams
• Participate in migration and refactoring initiatives to modernize existing platforms
• Deliver clean, scalable, high-performance, and testable Java applications
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards
• Collaborate with traders and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Run side:
• Maintain and support Credit eTrading order management and market connectivity platforms
• Collaborate with production support teams during releases and maintenance activities
• Provide Level 3 support for production incidents when required
• Monitor application stability and contribute to continuous platform improvements
• Take end-to-end ownership of developments from implementation through production deployment
• Support global platform operations across Europe, Americas, and Asia

You have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java backend development. You enjoy building high-performance systems and working closely with business stakeholders in demanding front-office environments.

• Java 17+
• Server-side application development

• Credit products (Bonds, CDS, FRNs) knowledge is a plus
