We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of designing, coding, building, and maintaining the major components and services that power the overall offering
- Collaborate with the team to architect and design robust, resilient, and maintainable solutions within an Agile environment
- Develop new features using AI-assisted development approaches and tools
- Ensure the quality of the delivered software through thorough testing and best engineering practices
- Deploy and operate services in production, including being available for on-call rotations when needed
- Guarantee scalability and availability of the team's services across production environments
- Work with product owners and user experience designers to deliver features while meeting team deadlines
- Assist with incident response and firefighting activities, including identifying root causes, executing rollbacks, or delivering immediate bug fixes and production deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, or another relevant field
- At least 3 years of professional relevant experience in software development
- Good understanding of front-end technologies such as module federation, SPA (Single Page Applications), and micro frontend architectures
- Hands-on experience developing REST services using Java
- Practical experience building web applications with Java
- Working experience with the Spring framework, including Spring Boot
- Experience with Kafka for building event-driven and messaging-based systems
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, specifically Postgres
- Experience using tools such as GitHub for version control and Jira for project tracking
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher, both written and verbal
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS Data Services for building cloud-based data solutions
- Practical exposure to JavaScript for frontend-related development
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS for building modern user interfaces
- Familiarity with TypeScript for creating type-safe frontend applications
