  • Übernahme einer Mentor-Funktion in internationalen agilen Scrum-Teams, um Wissen und Erfahrung weiterzugeben.
  • Beteiligung am gesamten Entwicklungsprozess – von der Anforderungsaufnahme über Implementierung bis zur Freigabe von Applikationen.
  • Teilnahme an Expertengruppen und maßgebliche Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung der Softwarearchitektur.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken nutzen, um Ideen aktiv voranzubringen.
  • Mitwirkung bei Code Reviews, um Wissen zu teilen und gemeinsam die Qualität zu steigern.
