Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 9-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
  • Strong experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or related microservices technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party systems.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
